“Yurd” Support to Youth Intellectual Development Public Union functioning in Guba region started the implementation of “Creation of Guba Intellectual League” project with the financial support of Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. According to the words of the head of the public relations sector of the organization Tural Nasirov the main objective of the project is to support the implementation of the relevant point of “Azerbaijani Youth in 2011-2015” State Program, to increase the participation of young people in intellectual movement and to achieve their successful performances in republican competitions.
