Guidelines

for registration of the youth organizations and individuals
for participation in the grant contests held by the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The Guidelines have been prepared with a view to help registration of youth organizations and individuals aged between 16 and 29 in the grant contests held by the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter-Foundation).

Registration rules for youth organizations

For being eligible to submit the project proposals, you are first required to register in the official website of the Foundation (www.youthfoundation.az). Therefore, you will need to choose the section “Registration”, answer a few questions and fill in the blanks properly.

Afterwards, you should upload the scanned copies of the following documents to “Attachments” section:

  • State Registration Certificate of the youth organization;
  • Regulation registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Once you complete the application, please click on the button “Send”. Upon on your relevant registration, you will receive the following message: “The registration form of your organization has been successfully sent to the Foundation. Thank you”.

Note: We cannot process incomplete applications, so please make sure you have sent us all the necessary information.

We will respond to you via email within 7 (seven) working days of your online registration. Thereafter, you will get permanent “Registration Code” and “Password”. You are free to change your “Password” given by the Foundation as you desire.

Once you are enrolled, if necessary, you may edit your account.

Following the registration, the youth organizations could submit their project proposals on categories “A” and “B”.

Registrations Rules for individuals

Afterwards, you should upload the scanned copies of the following documents to section “Attachments”:

  • Identification card;
  • Passport (if yes);
  • University diploma or school-leaving certificate (if yes);
  • TIN (taxpayer’s identification number) (if yes);

Once you complete the application, please click on the button “Send”. Upon on your relevant registration, you will receive the following message: “The registration form of your organization has been successfully sent to the Foundation. Thank you”.
